Some of these songs have been in my head for years. They finally took shape in a period where the title question seemed more important than ever. It’s not even meant as a question that requires an immediate answer. It’s meant to remind you to just wonder every now and then.

This album was recorded with friends! It's also the first full album I record in Touchstone Atelier, the place that has been my second home for the past couple of years.
In this way, this album isn't only a sonic world on its own. It also serves as a picture in time, as I like to call it. In 2022, in a small cellar in Utrecht, Giannis, Joost, Giorgos, Christian, Lida, Louise and Koen helped me bring "Are You Happy" to life!
To expand this picture, I'd like to mention some more people and artists that were around me in one way or another while I was writing, rehearsing, recording or mixing this album:
